The Harris and Pearson Office Building
The former Harris and Pearson office building in Brettell Lane,
Brierley Hill, West Midlands was built in 1888 as the offices to
the surrounding firebrick works.
The Harris and Pearson building is a well known local landmark
and a grade II listed building.The remarkable front elevation is
constructed of refractory and polychromatic brickwork and terracotta
detailing all made at the works from local clay.

. after being unoccupied for 14 years the
West Midlands Historic Buildings Trust, together with assistance
from the Heritage
Lottery Fund, the Architectural
Heritage Fund, Dudley
Metropolitan Borough Council,the Manifold Trust, the Headley
Trust and Advantage
West Midlands, has carried out a programme
of restoration.
Now that restoration work is complete, the former Harris and Pearson
Office building is once again being used as office accommodation,
bringing important regeneration benefits to the area.
